Yes! We only work with Australian brands, and designers because we care about keeping it local (and we also kinda think Aussie’s make the best stuff!) In addition all of our sellers are handpicked and verified by someone from the Prazar team.

As we have many different brands and designers from all around Australia delivery times can vary. Most of our Vendors dispatch items within 1-3 days, but it’s always a good idea to double check the “Delivery and Returns” tab on product listings

Vendors normally upload tracking numbers once available. Just head to your dashboard and go to “My orders” to see all of your relievant tracking numbers. If for whatever reason you can’t find the tracking number you’re looking for we suggest sending the vendor a quick message using the Prazar chat tool.

Many items listed on Prazar offer free delivery Australia wide, however if delivery charges do apply they will be listed on the “Delivery and Returns” tab on product listings.

You can search for products that offer express shipping within Australia by selecting this as a search option when browsing product categories. The price for express shipping will be displayed on the “Delivery and Returns” tab on product listings.

Although all of our Brands and designers are from Australia, the large majority of them ship overseas. You can search for products that offer International shipping by selecting this as a search option when browsing product categories. The price for international shipping will be displayed on the “Delivery and Returns” tab on product listings.

One of the best things about Prazar is being able to purchase a huge variety of products from an array of different Aussie brands and designers. When you place an order on Prazar all of your items are sent out directly by the vendor. If you’ve ordered items from different vendors they may not all arrive at the same time. If you have any questions about delivery it’s best to contact the vendor directly by using the Prazar chat tool. Just head to a product page or Store page and click the message button.

Just go to the “My orders” tab and select the correct order, finally click the “Track my order” button to see the status of your order.

Don’t worry this happens more often than you think. Just go to the “My orders” tab and click on the correct order, finally click “contact seller” to get in touch with the vendor and update the delivery address.

You have 30 days from receipt of item to process a return. Once your order status is showing as “Completed” the “Return item” button will appear in the same section for 30 days.

Prazar offers all of our customers a 30 day returns policy. You have 30 days days from receipt of item(s) to submit a return and will receive a full refund minus any shipping costs. Please go to the “My orders” tab and and select the correct order, then click the “Return item” button and select your reason for return from the dropdown list.
Once your return request has been submitted the vendor will submit details for the next stage which will be visible on the “My orders” tab by clicking back in to the relevant order. Customers are liable for any shipping costs for return of goods to vendor due to change of mind.
Please note that It is Prazar policy that customers are not allowed to exchange products. Personalised items, underwear, food & beverages, earrings, made to order items, or open bathroom or beauty products are non-refundable, and all goods must be returned by the original Customer.

If your item arrived broken or damaged please head to “My orders” and click on the correct order, from here you will be able to click the “Return item” button and select your reason for return from the drop down list. Once your return request has been submitted the vendor will submit details for the next stage which will be visible on the “My orders” tab by clicking back in to the relevant order. Refunds for faulty or damaged items are refunded in full, including any shipping or gift wrapping costs incurred by the customer.

If you can’t find all the information you’re looking for under product description just click on the “Message” button which can be found on all individual product pages.

We love gift wrapping and so do the many of our brands and designers. You can search for products that offer gift wrapping by selecting this as a search option when browsing product categories. Alternatively if gift wrapping is available you can add this as an option at the checkout.
